Product characteristics

1.Equipment main body：It’s designed and manufactured according to GMP specification and GB150 pressure vessel standard. The main body of the sterilizer is made of high-quality stainless steel (30408 or 316L) with good sealing performance. The equipment is equipped with pneumatic sealing door and standard GMP verification interface, which is convenient for users to verify the equipment.

2.Control system:Equipped with PLC control system, with accurate temperature control and stable program running function, the control system can record and save sterilization data to ensure the reliability and traceability of sterilization effect;

3、Pipeline system:Equipped with high-temperature pneumatic angle seat valve, circulating water pump, vacuum pump, plate heat exchanger and other main components, the optimized spray cleaning device ensures the cleaning effect of sterilization, and the leak detection technology adopts vacuum combined with colored water to ensure that the detection rate of high waste products can reach 100%.

4.Double doors are equipped with sealing interlock function (double-leaf sterilizer only) to avoid opening at the same time, so as to ensure the effective isolation of clean area and non-clean area.

5.Standard pressure vessel safety interlock device meeting the requirements of the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will not raise the temperature and pressure of the sterilization chamber when the door is not closed and sealed; When the pressure in the sterilization chamber is not completely released, the sealed door cannot be opened;
